This includes 4 virtual sessions: Nov. 3, 10, 17 & 24.
In this four-week workshop, we’ll work on the everyday moments that make accountability easier—or harder.
What happens when expectations aren’t clear? When someone misses a commitment? When you’re under pressure and jump in before they’ve had a chance to figure it out?
We’ll use practical leadership tools, brain science, and situations from your work to help you respond differently.
You’ll leave with a clearer way to:
Set expectations so people understand what they own, what success looks like, and when it’s due.
Follow up without constantly chasing or taking the work back.
Address missed commitments with a direct, useful conversation.
Recognize when pressure is pushing you into fixing everything yourself.
Build consistent habits that support accountability and protect your time and energy.
Bring a real situation. Work on it each week.
You’ll choose an accountability challenge from your own team and use it throughout the workshop. Each session includes a practical tool, time to apply it, and one action to try before we meet again.
Week 1 — Why am I always stepping in?
Notice the habits and assumptions that keep pulling you back into everyone else’s work. Explore how pressure affects your thinking and practice a simple reset before you respond.
Week 2 — What does accountability actually look like?
Get specific about expectations, ownership, and follow-up. Learn to recognize whether someone needs clarity, skills, resources, or a conversation about their commitment.
Week 3 — What do I say when it doesn’t happen?
Prepare for the conversation you’ve been putting off. Practice addressing a missed commitment while keeping responsibility with the person who owns the work.
Week 4 — How do we keep this going?
Build a realistic 30-day plan. Choose a few leadership habits you can repeat, and identify what you’ll look for to see whether things are changing.
