Meet your Facilitator, Jill Windelspecht

Hi, I'm Jill Windelspecht, Founder and CEO of The Leaders' Coach. I will be your guide as you create your vision for 2025.

Here’s what it comes down to – what you think matters and impacts everything that you do. The problem is that most of our thinking is non-conscious – almost 90%! As a Neuroplastician (yes, I am a neuroscience nerd!), I help you pull back the curtain and take charge of your thinking and understand how to leverage the brain/body connection so that you can get the results you really want.

Prior to founding The Leaders’ Coach, I spent 20 years in Global Fortune 50 companies traveling the world providing leadership development coaching as an HR executive. My passion for leveraging neuroscience in coaching and training came from working with analytical thinkers and leaders in technical fields. Neuroscience shows that the ‘soft stuff’ or ‘soft skills’ have real data behind it - showing us logically how we are wired to think, feel and act – and most importantly, how we can leverage this to improve how we lead, communicate, make decisions and manage change!

I am a ICF (International Coaching Federation) Certified Coach with an emphasis in emotional intelligence and neuroscience. With a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Organization Behavior and Masters in NeuroLeadership, I am sought after for executive coaching, organization consulting, leadership workshops, and speaking.
